Refund & Return Policy

At LaDuke Arts, each piece is carefully handcrafted. We want you to be confident in your purchase and understand how refunds and returns are handled.

1. General Policy

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Please review item descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Custom & Commissioned Pieces

Custom or commissioned glass art pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your specifications. 

Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. Any deposits or payments made toward custom work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production.

3. Physical (Non-Custom) Products

For non-custom, ready-made items:

• Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order details

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Square, the same payment method used at checkout.

• Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory and the one-of-a-kind nature of our work. Please contact us to discuss available options.
