  • Custom and commissioned glass art pieces

Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, shape, and size are natural and should be expected.

3. Orders & Checkout

  • All purchases are completed through guest checkout only.

  • Orders are processed through our secure payment processor, Square.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for billing and shipping purposes.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon for custom commissions.

  • Square handles payment security and complies with PCI-DSS standards.

LaDuke Arts does not store or have access to full payment details.

5. Custom Commissions

Custom or commissioned pieces:

  • May require additional communication and approval before production begins

  • May have longer production timelines

  • May require a deposit or full payment upfront

Details, timelines, and pricing for commissions will be agreed upon prior to work beginning.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Shipping times may vary based on product type, availability, and destination.

  • LaDuke Arts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed through Square.

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, some items may be non-refundable, particularly custom or commissioned pieces.

  • Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of LaDuke Arts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
